Lucid - Microsoft Copilot

A Microsoft Copilot app that summarizes Lucid documents right in Microsoft Teams, helping users stay focused and work more efficiently without needing to switch apps.

PDF Import

Created a PDF import method capable of processing PDFs of diagrams (e.g. a diagram from a competitor lacking a friendly export feature 😉). This method parses the PDF and outputs the same diagram in a format compatible with Lucid's products. This innovation was a game-changer for Lucid, unlocking thousands of dollars in new subscriptions.

Link Unfurl Block

Links are ugly and lead users away from your product. This feature addresses that issue. Now, when you paste a link into Lucid, it transforms into a Link Unfurl Block. This block not only displays a preview image and title but also allows interaction with the content (like a Google Doc) directly within Lucid, eliminating the need to leave. Just a month after its rollout, this feature increased user engagement with links by 20%!

Passcode & Expiring Share Links

Share-links within Lucid can now be protected with a passcode and set to expire after a designated period. This enhancement was a big win for existing users and unblocked the closure of key enterprise deals.
