Hey, I'm Jeremy.
I grew up in a small farming town. Fifth-generation farmer on my mom's side, fourth on my dad's—that would have been me. Somehow, I ended up in tech. And man, I love it.
You can give people hours back, take a miserable process off their plate, or help them do something they couldn't before. How is that not exciting? I'm addicted to giving people leverage through technology.
I co-founded Anagram. I write the code, help decide what we build, design it, talk to customers, and hire. I love building... love love love it.
I live in Portland, Oregon with my beautiful and strong wife, our firecracker 4-year-old daughter Carter, and our radiating-joy 18-month-old son Malcolm.
What matters
I take my work seriously. Myself a whole lot less so—I love having fun, building, and when those two come together I'm in heaven.
My family is my world, and in a way, I'm helping build them too, and them me... So, more fun, more building, more heaven.
My faith grounds me. God has given me family, health, talents and abilities, people, and opportunities. I want to steward all of that well and run the race He has for me. Everything I have done and continue to do is because of Him.
